Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. This is an estimate and not guaranteed.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time will be determined by method selected at checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This email confirms that your order has been received and has begun processing.

ORDER TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order is processed (typically within 5-7 business days of order placement).

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Any changes or cancellations cannot be made to orders once they are received by Pro Soto Makeup.  If you need to make a change to your shipping or contact information, please do so by emailing prosotomakeup@gmail.com prior to your order shipment.  If you do not contact us prior to your shipment, you will be responsible for any extra fees associated with returning and reshipping your order.
